The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate or homebuilding industry, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate proficiency in computer data entry. Responsibilities:

Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential homebuyers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the home purchasing process. Address inquiries, offer property information, and ensure clients feel supported and valued.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to assist in all aspects of the sales process. Coordinate appointments, conduct property tours, and follow up with potential buyers to gather feedback and address concerns.

Data Entry and Organization: Utilize computer systems to enter and manage customer data, home sales information, and other relevant details. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM software.

Marketing Assistance: Aid in the implementation of marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and promotional events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Weekend Availability: Work weekends and potentially some evenings to accommodate prospective homebuyers' schedules and attend events or open houses.

Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, contracts, and other paperwork.

Qualifications:

Real Estate or Homebuilding Industry Experience: Proven experience in the real estate industry, homebuilding, or related fields is essential.

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and connect with potential homebuyers effectively.

Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with CRM software, are required.

Sales-oriented: A sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and close deals is beneficial.

Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail when managing customer data, contracts, and sales-related documentation.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed to accommodate the homebuyers' schedules and attend company events.

Problem-solving: Aptitude for creatively addressing challenges and finding solutions to meet customer needs and expectations.

Proactive and Self-motivated: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently to support the sales team and accomplish tasks.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional education or certifications in real estate or related fields will be considered a plus.
